2 Ingredient Protein Pancake

Hi! How are you today? Happy hump day!

This week we have discovered the beautiful 2 ingredient pancake. One of the easiest and most delicious breakfast recipes there is. And it is packed with protein and potassium which is an added bonus =).


Summer nights and long walks after dinner, love.


After our walk I did THIS Pilates video and it kicked my butt.

A little mixed berry, chia seed smoothie to cool off.


Now, for the pancake recipe! The secret to these pancakes is to make sure you cook these on low-medium heat and patiently wait for the bubbles to come through before flipping. 







2 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PANCAKE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, whisked
DIRECTIONS 
  • Combine banana and egg. 
  • Cook in skillet over low-medium heat. Flip only when you see a lot of air bubbles coming through.
Enjoy!

Note* I added blueberries and almond butter to mine. Feel free to add any toppings you have laying around the house!
