Good morning, good morning!

Today, I present: Zoodles.

In preparation for a long week in San Diego I knew I needed to get rid of any perishable veggies. And this is when I discovered Zoodles...Zucchini Noodles. 

They were incredibly easy to make:

1) Peel a zucchini (or leave the skin on if you want a crunch)
2) Use a mandolin to create noodles

I'm sure this technique works with multiple other summer squash, stay tuned!
