If you actually remember to prepare these the night before, they are fab!

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Banana Bread Oatmeal
OVERNIGHT ROLLED OATS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (I prefer almond milk, but choose any kind)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of protein powder (or sweetener or choice)
- Sprinkle of vanilla extract
- Mix everything together, and refrigerate overnight!
