Overnight Rolled Oats

Because waking up to a pre-made, nutrient dense, breakfast is always a good thing =)....
If you actually remember to prepare these the night before, they are fab!

My other favorite oatmeal recipes:

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal 
Banana Bread Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup milk (I prefer almond milk, but choose any kind) 
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%) 
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon 
  • Sprinkle of protein powder (or sweetener or choice) 
  • Sprinkle of vanilla extract
  • Mix everything together, and refrigerate overnight!
